FAQ's

Here are the answers to your questions

The 60 System refers to the larger Φ60mm tube diameter (compared to the standard 48.3mm). It is specifically engineered for heavy-duty shoring and civil engineering projects like bridges and tunnels where the vertical load requirement is significantly higher. It provides superior axial load capacity while maintaining the same modular speed.
The Ringlock system uses a fixed wedge connector that simplifies the locking process. Once the wedge is inserted into the rosette and struck with a hammer, it creates a rigid, vibration-proof connection. Unlike traditional tube-and-clamp systems, there are no loose nuts or bolts that can vibrate loose or be over-tightened, ensuring consistent structural integrity.
Yes. One of Ringlock’s greatest advantages is its complex adaptability. The rosette features eight connection points—four fixed small holes for 90 ∘ angles and four larger “V” slots that allow for flexible angling. This makes it the ideal solution for scaffolding around circular storage tanks, curved facades, or industrial boilers.
Q355 steel is a high-strength low-alloy steel. It offers a much higher yield strength than standard Q235. This means our scaffolding components can support heavier loads with less material weight, making the system easier for workers to handle without sacrificing the safety or the “Heavy Duty” rating of the structure.
While the initial cost may be higher than painted scaffolding, an HDG finish provides a thick layer of zinc that protects the steel from corrosion inside and out. For projects in coastal areas, refineries, or humid environments, this prevents rust and structural weakening, allowing the equipment to be reused for decades and significantly lowering the “cost per use.”
